Use of our services You can only make your reservations and requests by phone, email or through the Site. Sauvage Experience will provide both the services described on the Site, as well as services at your request. Sauvage Experience reserves the right to withdraw any of these Services and/or refuse to provide the requested Services. A contract exists between Sauvage Experience ("we") and you ("the customer") from the time a Confirmation/Invoice is sent or from the time the customer authorizes providing card details to Sauvage Experience. In the event that Sauvage Experience is unable to accommodate any request, it will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Providers may impose their own terms and conditions and you are required to comply with them. When requesting a service or reserving a property, you may be required to provide your payment card details. If you request and authorize Sauvage Experience to use your Payment Card to pay a Provider for products or services, you acknowledge and agree that Sauvage Experience shall have no responsibility or liability in any way with respect to the use of your Payment Card as long as Sauvage Experience acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you in relation to it. You agree that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of reserving, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the Payment Card you are using is yours and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. . The acquisition or provision of certain services, products or benefits may incur a Marbella in Style handling charge (of which you will be notified); in these cases, you authorize Sauvage Experience to debit your Payment Card with such charges. Sauvage Experience may, at your request, purchase goods or services on your behalf. In the event that you act as a credit agent in this regard, you authorize Sauvage Experience to deduct the amount of the credit from your Payment Card within 30 days from the date of payment. In the event that Sauvage Experience pays for the goods or services in cash, it will have the right to add any applicable credit card charges to the amount deducted from your Payment Card, which is unusual. Unless the Provider agrees otherwise, you will not have the right to cancel any requested service when, following your instructions, the execution has already started. Telephone calls to Sauvage Experience may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes. Travel Services All services, including tickets purchased through the Sauvage Experience, will be subject to Supplier's terms and conditions. Concierge Service When you use our Concierge Service for reservations of restaurants, clubs, yacht charter or other activities, you hereby authorize us to debit your Payment Card for any deposit paid by us. Rental of properties The provisions of the "Terms and Conditions of Property Rental" shall apply at all times. Services and products purchased through the Site When booking services such as Yacht Charter or Car Hire, if the requested vehicle is not available for the day of your reservation, we may offer you a substitute of a similar category, but you can refuse the substitute and receive a refund full. Sauvage Experience is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading service descriptions. Products may differ slightly from images shown, although every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Responsibility Sauvage Experience warrants to you that it will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and, to the extent reasonably possible, in accordance with your request and instructions from time to time. When Sauvage Experience supplies you with goods or services provided by a third party, Sauvage Experience will act as your agent in obtaining the goods or services. Sauvage Experience will take reasonable care in the selection of the supplier and will ensure that the order is placed in accordance with your wishes. For those services not offered directly by Sauvage Experience, your contract for the purchase of products or services is made solely with the applicable Provider. Sauvage Experience acts as agent for the Provider and, unless expressly stated otherwise, all of its rights and remedies are against the Provider. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is designed to give any other person any rights or remedies under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Sauvage Experience shall not be liable for products and services offered as agent of the Suppliers or for any aspect of the relationship between you and any particular Provider. However, Sauvage Experience will do everything reasonably possible to assist you in any dealings you have with the Provider. You agree that any agreement you enter into with any of the Providers is an independent agreement. Sauvage Experience hereby disclaims all liability for any act or omission of any Provider or any loss incurred by you as a result of any act or omission of a Provider, whether or not arranged through the call center of Sauvage Experience. Sauvage Experience accepts no responsibility for losses or claims arising from the inability to access the Site or the inability to complete a transaction. Sauvage Experience shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, cost, expense or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions provided by you that are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate or which Sauvage Experience shall not be liable to you or deemed that you have breached these Terms and Conditions due to any delays or failures caused, neither directly nor beyond the reasonable control of Sauvage Experience. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid. The provisions of the "Privacy Policy" will apply at all times. Registered Travel Agency Sauvage Experience is a fully bonded and registered travel agency with liability insurance. Sauvage Experience trademark and the Sauvage Experience logo are registered trademarks. Contact information If you have any questions or complaints, please contact us by email at suavage@suavageexperience.com Terms and Conditions of Transport All vehicles are supplied with the corresponding civil liability insurance for all travelers, civil liability insurance, assistance insurance in trip for vehicle and passengers as well as a valid Transport and Technical Inspection Card. The complaints book is available to the customer upon request, which will be essential in the event of a complaint. Services will not be confirmed until you receive a confirmation. Smoking is strictly prohibited in cars. All services include uniformed driver. All services destined abroad reach the Spanish border. There is a 100% cancellation fee for all cancellations communicated within 72 hours or less prior to service. Both for pick-ups at the airport, hotel or private address, in the event that the client picks up another means of transport, the total price of the service will be charged. All modifications, such as flight number, pick-up time, etc. that are made 72 hours or less before the time indicated in the reservation, will be considered as cancellation and request for a new service, with the consequent charge for both services. Failure to comply with the deadlines established for the payment of invoices will result in the non-performance of subsequent services, including those already confirmed before the non-payment situation. Whenever a minor travels in one of our vehicles, it will count as a seat like the rest of the passengers, and in no case may it exceed the maximum number of seats allowed for each category of vehicle. For all airport pick-ups, the maximum waiting time is limited to one hour, unless the customer contacts Sauvage Experience to report their flight delay. In case of pick-up from Hotels or private residences, Sauvage Experience grants 15 courtesy minutes from the requested time, after those 15 minutes the entire waiting time will be charged in fractions of 1/2 hour. In case of transfers that require collection at different points, or that have several destinations, the hourly rate will be applied considering that the minimum time to be charged is one hour. In case of collection of several flights at the airport, a vehicle must be requested per flight or the waiting time between flights will be charged accordingly, the minimum waiting time to be charged is one hour. To avoid problems in providing an adequate quality service, we recommend that the customer communicate the amount of luggage at the time of booking. If the client does not communicate the excess baggage, he will have to pay for an additional vehicle. Vehicles cannot travel through impassable or impossible access roads. On December 24 and 31, the services may have different conditions and prices. The rates reflected by Sauvage Experience may be subject to change by the Management. Our rates do not include telephone calls, tolls or other expenses. For any doubts that arise about the application or execution of this contract, the grantors expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
